How it Works
A step-by-step guide of the Made:Small process
01. Measure up
We can create a model of any home, and our in-house architect will select the scale that highlights its features most effectively.

02. Place you order
Providing us with the address of the home to be modelled.
For Archetype models we also need the number of storeys and building type/number of faces.
03. Gather information about the home
We will get in contact with you via email after you have placed your order, inviting you to provide us with the info required to produce the model (more on this in our ‘What we Need’ blog).
If you have ordered an Archetype model, we will also confirm the scale at this point.

05. The modelling begins
Our architect will use the information provided and their observational skills to create a digital model of the home.
07. On its way
All of our models are sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery, we will let you know via email once it is packaged up and on its way.
04. ‘Good to go’
Once our architect has reviewed the information provided, they will get in touch again via email to confirm that they can have enough information to go on.
06. 3D Printing
We will send you an email to let you know that printing has begun on your model.
08. Find a home for your Made:Small home
We'd love to see how your Made:Small model looks, displayed pride of place in your home - please send us a photo and let us know what you think!
